On the evening of May 8th, reporters from Macao TV attended the "Chasing the Chinese Dream and Perceiving the New Chongqing" 2023 Overseas Chinese Media Tour in Wanzhou, where they captured the vibrant nightlife of the locals with their smartphones. The cultural district was established to aid Wanzhou in becoming a popular city and to support artists and emerging media professionals to contribute to its commercial streets. By connecting the cultural heritage, activating commercial opportunities, and attracting people's attention, the district has ignited new vitality into the city's nighttime economy and added charm to its urban landscape. Centered around the Seventeen Pier, the district spans one kilometer along the riverbank and creates an area for live streaming and performing arts, making it the first themed cultural and artistic district in Wanzhou.

据悉，该文艺街区是为助力万州打造网红城市，引导支持文艺表演者、新兴媒体从业者为商业街赋能，打通文脉、激活商脉、聚集人脉，点燃夜间经济新活力，增添城市新魅力。以十七码头为核心，辐射沿江一公里打造直播网红和文艺表演临江集聚区，也是万州首个文化艺术为主题的特色街区。 

此次街拍并非“追梦中华·感知新重庆”2023海外华文媒体重庆行活动计划之内，所拍摄的万州文艺街区的场景，只为真实展示了万州人民幸福生活的缩影。这个特色街区不仅让人们感受到了万州城市的繁荣和发展，更显示了中国文化和艺术的魅力，是一道靓丽的风景线。海外华文媒体表示，他们将通过报道和传播，把这些美好的画面带回海外，向世界展示一个真实而充满幸福和活力的中国。
